Q: What materials do you use?

A: We use GOTS-certified organic cotton and bamboo fabric for our baby clothing.

• GOTS-certified organic cotton is grown without harmful chemicals, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizers, making it a safer choice for your baby’s delicate skin. This certification also ensures ethical and sustainable production from farm to fabric. Soft, breathable, and hypoallergenic, our organic cotton provides ultimate comfort.

• Bamboo fabric is another eco-friendly choice we love. Naturally hypoallergenic, antibacterial, and incredibly soft, bamboo is perfect for babies with sensitive skin. It’s also moisture-wicking and temperature-regulating, keeping little ones cozy in all seasons. Plus, bamboo grows quickly with minimal water and no pesticides, making it a highly sustainable material.

By choosing these high-quality fabrics, we ensure that your baby’s clothing is both safe and environmentally responsible.

Q: How do I know which size to choose?
A: Height and weight are the best guides. If your baby is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for longer wear. You can see full details on our Size Guide page.

Q: Do your fabrics fit differently?
A: Yes! Our bamboo blend has natural stretch and softness and is a highly breathable fabric. Our organic cotton rib has more stretch than most cottons and has a thicker and warmer feel.

Q: Will the pajamas shrink?
A: Minimal shrinkage may occur after washing, especially with cotton, but our fabrics are pre-washed and designed to hold their shape.

Q: What if the size I order doesn’t fit?
A: No worries - we offer a 30-day return window so you can exchange or return if needed.

Q: Where are your products made?

A: All of our clothing is designed in San Clemente, California by our in house team at Meemo Jeemo. We globally source our fabrics with the majority of our manufacturing done at organic and GOTS certified factories.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We do our best to ensure each customer is happy with their purchase.  Please see our return policy here.

Q: How do I care for my baby’s clothing?

A: To keep your baby’s clothing soft and long-lasting, we recommend washing in cold water with mild, fragrance-free detergent and air drying or using a low-heat tumble dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to preserve the fabric’s natural properties.

Q: Are your products safe for babies with sensitive skin?

A: Yes! We use GOTS-certified organic cotton and bamboo fabric, which are both hypoallergenic, free from harsh chemicals, and gentle on sensitive skin.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: We do our best to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible.  Orders typically ship within 3 business days. Shipping times vary based on location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5-7 days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

A: We process orders quickly, so if you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as as possible to modify and we will do our best to make any necessary changes.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

A: We want you to love your purchase! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
